What kinds of maintenance agreements does Bonfitto Inc. offer?
Here are examples of two of our standard boiler service contracts:

Annual Maintenance Agreement:
- Provides a clean boiler for peak efficiency
- Maintenance is performed once a year
- Cuts fuel costs and increases production
- Provides a safe work area by providing a safe unit
- Maintenance visit includes:
  - Open and clean fire and water sides for yearly inspection
  - Clean and check burner
  - Examine all limits and safeties
  - Check all wiring and electrical contacts
  - Check burner controls
  - Perform hydrostatic test on boiler and check for leaks and cracks
  - Close fire and water sides with new gaskets
  - Change air, water, and fuel filters
  - Set up combustion for peak efficiency
  - Provide written report and combustion readings
  - Check for any other problems on boiler
Preventative Maintenance Agreements:
- Maintenance is performed at 1, 3, 4, or 6 month intervals
- Includes annual maintenance visit to open boiler for inspection
- Ensures operation of boiler and burner remains at peak efficiency levels
- Keeps fuel and maintenance costs down and profits up
- Each maintenance visit includes:
  - Check all limits and safeties
  - Clean burner and pilot assembly
  - Inspect all electrical connections
  - Check all linkages
  - Check and set up combustion for peak efficiency
  - Provide written report and combustion readings
  - Check for any other problems on boiler
